The Premio Guido Berardelli is a Group 3 flat horse race in Italy which is open to two-year-old thoroughbreds. It is run at Capannelle over a distance of 1,800 metres (about 1⅛ miles), and it is scheduled to take place each year in late October or early November.
The event was formerly known as the Premio Tevere, and it used to be contested over 2,000 metres. For a period it was classed at Group 2 level. The race was cut to 1,800 metres in 1995, and it was downgraded to Group 3 status in 2002.
